How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Keyshelps Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What Can You Bring to Us?
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Keyshelps Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problem With a Provider?
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, we want to know. What you tell us helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please understand that Keyshelps Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also reach out to the agency that oversees pest control in New York.
How Do You File One?
Email contact@keyshelps.property and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Not Happy With Our Answer?
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
